• All of the designs featured here are original designs and remain the copyright of Bighorse.co.uk. No artwork should be copied or downloaded at any time without permission.
• Artwork is completed to the specification of the order and no liability is taken for incorrect phone numbers, email addresses etc that are supplied.
• Orders will not proceed until payment is taken in full. The order can be cancelled at any time before approval is made. If an order is cancelled money will be refunded up to the cost of production. Once artwork has been completed, artwork money cannot be refunded and the chosen design will be re-posted on the site to be sold again.
• Once a design has been purchased it will be deleted form the database and will not be offered for sale again.
• Any mistakes not rectified by studio resulting in incorrect pages will be corrected, at no extra cost.
• Bighorse.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the quality of artwork i.e. logos supplied by the customer.
• Our standard turnaround terms are 7-10 working days from approval of artwork and receipt of payment.
• Any complaints or problems with finished site should be made to studio within 2 days of live date.
• Your personal details will not be passed on to anyone for any reason. Your details are requested simply to allow us to process your order and will only be kept on file within our order system.
• Please make sure to complete the site details carefully as this is how the pages will be set. Studio does not test email, url and phone numbers.
• Any logos to be supplied should be sent as high resolution PDFs or high resolution jpegs.
