Although I
am pretty laid back here, I do have a few terms that I like to work
by. Below are the basics, if you would like to view the full terms

form*.
• Bighorse will not host any site that operates in an unlawful
manner/that contains any adult/explicit or content likely to cause
offence.
• Bighorse will not provide a third party web service. The
space provided is for individual company sites and is not to be
resold in any manner.
• Hosting is charged annually and invoices must be paid before
the due date. Any payments that lapse may cause an interruption
to services.
• Bighorse is happy to provide unlimited email addresses but
any company found to be using this service to create spam mails
will have their service terminated.
• To avoid problems and unwanted resale or abuse of Bighorse
systems all hosting provided is managed and maintained in house.
• If you abuse the network or I receive a complaint about
your account I will investigate this and Bighorse withhold the right
to suspend the account in question.
• Bighorse shall use all reasonable endeavours to make available
to you at all times the Server and the Services but I shall not,
in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time.
Uptime guarantees do not include downtime required to upgrade /
service hardware or problems caused by your equipment or 3rd parties,
for example but not limited to, your ISP.
• The sending of unsolicited email, aka spam / spamming from
my network is not tolerated. Every spam complaint will be investigated
and any unjustified complaint(s) will not be held against you. Justified
complains will result in your account being withdrawn.
